A Reflection on Financial Wellness
As this Sunday approaches and many celebrate Mother’s Day in the USA, I’m reflecting on the incredible mothers, sisters, aunties, and furbaby moms I’ve had the pleasure of coaching in my business, including those in the UK, who marked their Mother’s Day in March.
I’ve been fortunate to work with many remarkable women, and I’m proud of the work we’ve done together!
By empowering my amazing female clients with financial knowledge, I’ve guided them through breaking generational financial trauma, building a positive mindset and generational wealth, and investing strategically for themselves and their families.

As women, I believe prioritizing our financial health is the most empowering step toward living a life of abundance and creating a positive impact in our families and communities.
It’s like putting on your oxygen mask first – by nurturing our financial wellness, we are better equipped to build a secure future for yourself and your loved ones.
My mother is the inspiration behind my business, and you can find a dedication to her on my website. Sadly, she’s no longer with us, and it’s a deep pain I’m still learning to navigate each and every day.
She was one of the most brilliant minds I’ve ever known and had one of the biggest hearts.
For her, nothing was impossible. She was strict but fiercely loving, always encouraging me to believe in myself and fly high.
And that, my friends, is something I strive to embody every single day in my role as a financial educator and wealth coach.
I end today’s post with this beautiful quote. It reminds me a lot of my mother who navigated many obstacles in her life with faith & absolute grace.
She made broken look beautiful and strong look invincible. She walked with the Universe on her shoulders and made it look like a pair of wings.
